A clinic is engaged in the provision of integrated health services. It was incorporated in November of 1992 and conducts business at its registered head office in Almeria, Spain. The clinic offers a complete range of health care services such as diagnostic and consulting services, radiology, rehabilitation, outpatient specialty, 24-hour midwives and pediatric services, and 24-hour emergency services. It also specializes in the areas of ophthalmology, pediatric surgery, maxillofacial surgery, neurosurgery, pulmonolgy, obstetrics and gynecology, childbirth preparation, and cardiology. The clinic is owned by Asisa Servicios Integrales de Salud, S.A.U., a Spanish healthcare provider with wide national coverage that forms part of the ASISA Group.
